Enjoy a musical evening featuring the passion of Latin guitar, tapas, and Spanish wine.

Classical and flamenco guitarist David Cohen will perform different styles of Latin and Spanish music, as well as music from other traditions on a variety of instruments.

David Cohen is a Philadelphia native whose study of the guitar started in 1976 after being inspired by the music of Joan Armatrading. He has also studied the Turkish oud, the Chinese pipa with Master Sun Li, and the highland bagpipes with the Pipes & Drums of the Jersey Shore and is currently a member of that group’s marching band.

Mr. Cohen teaches music in Ocean Grove and serves as Vice President of the Ocean Grove Area Chamber of Commerce. In 2003 he started the Ocean Grove Food Bank Benefit Concert to support the Monmouth/Ocean County Food Bank. Mr. Cohen founded PhiladelphiaClassicalMusic.com and JerseyShoreClassicalMusic.com to further the promotion of classical music. He has been featured in numerous print, radio and television stories, and has also written for Philadelphia Music Makers magazine.

Tapas, cheese, fruit and vegetables will be served with wine and other beverages.
